Lead Pastor – Norma Tilton

Norma Tilton is an Ordained Minister, Marriage Educator and Counselor/Coach. She serves as President and Pastor of Our Father’s Heart, a para-church organization that offers worship services, bible studies, relationship skills training, marriage counseling and community outreach.

Norma is the successful business owner of Servant Leadership, serving as a Management Consultant, Trainer and Motivational Speaker for over sixteen years.

She contracts with corporations, government agencies, not-for-profits and faith based organizations. She strives with passion to achieve crucial changes in organizations through principled leadership. She was nominated in 2005 for the Athena Award given to women in leadership who have impacted Harford County.

Norma Tilton was contracted by Cecil County Department of Social Services in early 2005 to consult for them to launch a Marriage Works initiative in Cecil County. Inspired by the success and growth of that venture, she embarked on a mission to birth Marriage Works of Harford County in November of 2005. This coalition is led by strong community leaders who have a passion to strengthen marriages.

Norma Tilton has attended Baltimore Community College, Valley Forge Christian College and has certification in Total Quality Management from Loyola College. She is a graduate of the Harford Leadership Academy and an active member of the Harford Leadership Academy Alumni Association. She is also a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors.

Pastoral Care Pastor - Neil Tilton

Neil Tilton is an Ordained Minister, he serves as Chairman and Pastoral Care Pastor of Our Father's Heart, a para-church ministry committed to the healing & restoration of lives and strengthening of marriages.

Neil has served as Head Usher in many churches in the region for over 25 years. He continues to serve in Our Father's Heart for over ten years in the areas of support for the Lead Pastor and Our Father's Heart Leadership Team, Prayer and Concern, and Connecting with people during the week by phone or cards.

Neil has a call on his life and the gift of faith for healing and he stands in faith to see many people healed and set free.

Nancy Hewell, Secretary

Nancy has been a long time supporter of OFH. She is a gifted exhortor, does Champion the Word, greets and takes up the offering.

She is now a valued member of our leadership team.

Dave Frebert, Trustee

Lead Media/ Sound Technician Dave has been a strong support person for OFH for over 10 years.He takes care of all the sound/media issues and all technical aspects of the service.He updates and fixes the computers and overall is just gifted in the area of serving and ministry helps.
